“I really wanted to focus on rotator cuff injuries, because we seem to be getting a great number of them walking through the door” says Karen.

The training focused on upper limb – tennis elbow, shoulder/rotator cuff injuries and neck issues/headaches etc.

“I hate needles myself, but a few years ago, I was looking for some treatment for a knee injury that massage just wasn’t sorting out. So I started travelling down the Needling pathway with a little trepidation. I walked out of my first session with relief in my knee that I hadn’t had in months of seeking other treatments.” says Karen.

“Whilst I’m the first to admit, massage is amazing, at times it doesn’t access the deeper areas that are creating strife within the body. This is what lead me into using the Needling technique. If you’ve got a niggling injury, probably worth giving it a go.”
